Sophia, like the famous Baron von Münchhausen, was born in Lower Saxony, Germany.
As his descendant, the legendary Baron von Münchhausen has always played a significant role in her life and remains an integral part of her family’s history. The enchanting tales of the Baron were, and still are, vividly present in her home. At every new encounter, people eagerly and enthusiastically inquire about the story behind this legendary name and the exact nature of the connection.
Inspired by this extraordinary family history, the designer decided to reinterpret the adventures and legacy of the Baron in her own unique way, weaving them into everything that brings her joy.
Today, Sophia lives with her family in the Salzkammergut region in Austria.

One morning, as I was flying on my cannonball over the misty valleys of the Salzkammergut in Austria, I thought to myself that I would pull my bundled ideas from the depths of the lake by their hair and breathe new life into them.
